The interview process consisted of a 30 minute call with a recruiter, a 30 minute call with the Hiring Manager, an on-site interview with six team members, and a project.
The recruiter bailed on our call 15 minutes before it was expected to take place. On the day of the on-site, he came into the room halfway through the interviews and let me know that after today they would have a decision - He proceeded to email me a week later asking me to complete an additional project. The project took days for me to complete. After sending it back, the team ignored following up with me for nearly two weeks. When they did get back to me, they let me know they were moving this role to a different geographical location, rendering my time/effort/interviews/project an absolute waste.
All-in-all, clearly a process that has not been professionalized or perfected yet. I wouldn't suggest wasting your time with this company. I was able to go through full interview process (+ offers) with two other top tech companies in the time that it took Meraki to review my "project" stage.
