Two 2-hour interviews then a final one hour interview. First two hours are easy. They’re based on behavioral questions to learn more about you and your background. You can expect for the managers to ask: why sales, why tech, about a competitive situation, strength/weakness, a time you faced a challenge and/or failure, an achievement you’re proud of and going deep into your resume, learning about your background and skills you’ve gained that prepare you for a sales role.
