I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
Meet with recruiter, meet with head researcher (MD) and management; very relaxed interview setting, nothing intense. Meeting with the recruiter is like meeting a stranger who knows nothing about the job you're applying for - they are just there to make sure you're normal. The 2nd and 3rd interviews were very relaxed. I had an over-the-phone interview that lasted 2 hours, not kidding. Very complex questions - group-oriented tasks, responding to high-pressure situations, etc.

Interview
Efficient and professional. After submitting my resume in response to the job posting I was interested in, I received a call back within a week and was in the MSKCC offices for interviews within two weeks.

I applied online. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Jun 2020
Interview
Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Question 1
Behavioral, but basic because this is typically a first job out of college.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
