Interview
The first-round interview was conducted entirely by AI. Other than the usual role-specific and behavioral questions, be prepared for system design questions if you're interviewing for a technical role.
Talking to a camera without any real human interaction can be surprisingly challenging, especially when discussing open-ended system design topics. Without an interviewer asking follow-up questions or providing feedback, you need to structure your thoughts clearly and explain your reasoning from start to finish. If you're interviewing for a technical position, I'd recommend practicing system design answers out loud in front of a camera beforehand.

Interview
First step was AI interview. Second was with two nurses (not the hiring manager). Asked questions: why do I want to work for MSK, describe my work experience, where do I see myself in 5 years. They did ask if I have children which is absolutely not allowed and very unprofessional. As a young female with no children they were certainly looking at what this would mean for future work plans. Did not receive the job offer.

Interview
Just completed first step which is the AI interview waiting on scheduling the next interview. This is a hybrid position therefore I am wondering if second interview will be online interview or in person, and how many rounds of interviews I will be given.
