I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
At first they send you an email asking what time would be good for a phone interview that lasts about 20-30 minutes. I was then asked to come in for an in person interview with someone in HR. I arrived early and waited to be called back. The HR interviewer was pleasant. After I was done I want asked if I had time for a departmental interview the same day? I said yes, and had to take the free shuttle to another building to have the interview completed. It was done by two people , so it was a bit intimidating. After that step was complete I was asked to wait while they went over their notes. They then asked me if I had time for yet another interview with their supervisor, I said yea and that part only lasted for about 20 mins. All in all a god experience.

Interview
Interview consists of behavioral questions and hiring managers will be listening for very specific examples. They will do their best to weed out generalities like “I would do x” and instead want to hear “In this situation I did these specific things and the outcome was _”.

Interview
Very detailed process. It included the STAR method - Interviewers discussed this in the beginning of the interview. Unfortunately, I ended up declining the role and going with a different offer.
