I was screened by a recruiter and interviewed for around 20 minutes on the phone. I was told that I would interview with a direct manager first and then move on to higher level managers if I passed the first round. However, I interviewed with two managers and the director all at once. It was around an hour and a half.

First they have you record yourself and do an AI interview then they have you schedule an in person interview. I got the invite for an in person interview the same day I finished my ai interview.
