Received email request from HR recruiter to schedule phone screen, during the phone screen scheduled the in-person interview with hiring manager. Heard I was not chosen via email about a week later. Overall from application to final email was about a month. Honestly, the hiring manager was pretty rude during the interview, checking her phone, clearly not paying attention to my responses. Advice to HR and hiring managers: We are interviewing you just as much as you are interviewing us, be a little courteous.
