The overall process took 2+ months. I got a call for phone interview after 4+ weeks I applied for the position. It was a longest phone interview I ever had so far. We had 40 mins phone interview. Most of the questions that the HR asked are common and to be expected. At the end of conversation she invited me to come in for an in-person interview. For in-person interview, I met with 2 supervisors who took turn ask me a bunch of behavioral questions and they expected you to be very detail with your answers. It is VERY important to use STAR method answer their questions. This interview last about 45 mins. I received email the next day that they would like for me to meet with their manager. She is very nice and approachable. She asked me alot of specific questions about my skills and experience on the position I applied for. She also talked about how the department runs, what is the work culture there and the expectation. At the end of interview, she told me that they will contact me back within few weeks. A week later, I recieved references request email and get an offer a week after I submitted references.
