I applied for the position online and about a month later recieved an email from HR asking to do a phone interview for the next week. After the phone interview, I was asked to interview in person with HR again, then seperately with a research supervisor and manager, then seperately with a doctor all in the same day. The phone interview was basic, mainly asking about credentials and background, the in person interviews asked a lot of situational questions (what would I do in certain situations).
