I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meltwater (New York, NY) in Sept 2023
Interview
After passing an initial phone screen, they laid out the next steps being a 2nd round and then a 3rd and final in person if passed. After scheduling the 2nd round, they pushed the interview back a week, and then the day before changed the person interviewing. Immediately after, they canceled the interview process altogether to say they had found other candidates more qualified. Pretty disrespectful to push back the interview that late in the process and then send a generic HR email to disqualify me. Do better.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meltwater (Hong Kong)
Interview
4 rounds of interviews with the HR, MDs and also regional director. There was also a written task which is a business analysis proposal. During the final round of the interview, I was asked so many unnecessary basic questions of the platform and some extreme scenario questions. And the interviewers didn’t really care about the written task presentation. I feel like they are not eager to hire a talent and it feels like such a waste of time.

Question 1
Think of media monitoring keywords for companies in different sectors
The process was lengthy. I originally applied for a Sales Role and was eventually appointed as a KAM (which turned out for the best). The interview process was fun - a lot of group work, talking in front of current employees and other potential recruits. It was slightly intimidating but worked well.
