Difficult interview
Application

Interview
I applied online, HR responded quickly and sent me a link to a google form to do a math and logic quiz. You have 1.5 hours to do 15 relatively difficult questions. I come from a math/science background and thought I did pretty well, but a few days later HR told me I didn't score high enough to make it to the next round. The quiz was like any standardized test and didn't seem related to the job responsibilities, so I'm not convinced that its a great way to eliminate people from consideration. If standardized testing isn't a strength of yours, I'd say save your time and look elsewhere.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Megaputer Intelligence
Interview
I was referred to the company by some friends. I submitted a resume online, and received a quick response. The interview consisted of three parts: an aptitude test, a project, and an interview. The aptitude test is quite difficult, and learning the software well enough to create a project will take some time and effort.

Question 1
The interview itself was relatively easy. I had done well on the test and the project, so the interview was mostly to make sure we were on the same page. There weren't any difficult questions besides the classic "How much do you expect to be paid?".
