Applied online and it took a week to get an email to set up a phone interview. Pretty basic questions. A week later I was asked to set up a face-to-face, but because of the COVID-19 pandemic it was done through skype as well. Spoke with a clinical manager and someone from HR. Again, typical questions you'd expect like describe experience, 5 year plan, etc. It all went pretty well until my meeting with HR. They asked about current salary and desired salary and she didn't seem personable at all. I was not offered a job, even though they are looking for entry-level positions to fill, it is obvious they are just looking to exploit new graduates for salaries way under the rest of the field. My advice is to look elsewhere for employment that values skill and experience.

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.
