Extremely unprofessional hiring experience with Medline.
After the first interview round, the HR team completely ghosted me despite multiple follow-ups. Only after repeated chasing did they finally schedule a second round — which was then rescheduled once from their side. After that, complete silence again.
This kind of behavior usually happens when interviewers or hiring teams do not have any clear quantitative or competency-based parameter to reject a candidate, so instead of giving transparent feedback or closure, they simply ghost the candidate and disappear. Unfortunately, this seemed to be exactly the case here.
Candidates invest significant time, preparation, and professional commitment into interview processes. The least a company can do is communicate properly instead of wasting people’s time and treating them with disregard.
The interviews themselves were fine, but the HR coordination and overall recruitment professionalism were among the worst I’ve experienced.
