Interview conducted over the weekend, took complete a day to finish the interview. Conducted in good manner. Three f2f technical rounds after written test. Last round was hr, he started asking same old school hr questions, they called me for lead position n try to give the senior position I shown him the mail for which I have been called for, after taking all the rounds n me wasting full day he says I have to join with same package n with senior role, when I argued I never been called for senior role n I had already communicated my expectations with concern hr he accepted the mistake. Please please read the resume multiple times call the candidates only if candidates expections can be fulfilled.
