The interview process was straightforward. Initially, I had a recruiter call with Bryson Macey, where she asked a mix of technical and non-technical questions, along with questions about my preferences. After a few weeks, I had another interview with the hiring team, which included my potential manager and several other designers. During this round, they asked about my resume, requested to see my Figma designs, and asked me to walk through my thought process. The interview also included a combination of technical and behavioral questions. It lasted about 2.5 hours and concluded with a few logical questions on sequencing.
