Extremely competitive with dozens and dozens of applicants for each position. This is a highly coveted position in the NYC market space. Recruiters are highly skilled in weeding through the myriad of applicants.

What are some key performance metrics you would leverage in this role?
Applied online then a behavioral interview with fairly basic questions about my experience to date, interest in the role, interest in the company. Interview was about 15-30 minutes. Couple weeks later got an offer.
The process was just one thirty minute behavioral interview with the manager for the team that posted the internship to learn more about you and if you would be a good fit for the position
