Interview
Great interview process. Met a handful of folks. Met individuals from multiple
Teams. Met some leadership. Took a test. Met in person. Enjoyed the convo. Easy questions. Didn’t take the job. Didn’t like some of the executives
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MedeAnalytics (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Jun 2021
Interview
I met with a VP, a couple "peers" in account management, as well as the AVP of the department and senior executive. Each asked me thought provoking questions and were easy to establish a connection with. I was able to ask open questions about the culture, corporate initiatives and goals and understand challenges I would face on day one. I felt everyone I met with was honest and sincere about the current state of the organization as it is going through some growing pains, but each person has positive experiences to share.
I have been here over two months and it truly is a small family feel. Clearly there are some business improvement opportunities and everything about the company is not perfect, but each company I have worked for is not perfect. So far, I'm thrilled to champion their products and services to our customers.

2 phone interviews and 2 in person. Took some time to schedule because everyone was located in different states and seemed to be constantly traveling to different locations. HR was not involved in the process.
