I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medallia in Oct 2014
Interview
It was all very fast, moving from the chat with the on-campus recruiter to the over the phone interview. And then I received the Challenge which was honestly quite easy. However, the next step was to fly me out. The in-person interviews were a little strange. I felt I was asked questions that were irrelevant to the job, and that the employees I met didn't really have much to say about the company other than that they loved that they worked with their friends. I tried to get an honest answer out of what a typical day would look like, and after having made it to the final round of the interview, I still can't tell you what would have been expected of me had they offered me the position. I felt lost, and was unsure of what they expected of me.

Question 1
Let's go all the way back to you entering high school. What were you like as a freshmen in high school and what types of kids did you hang out with?
I’m very sorry you felt lost – while we want the process to move as efficiently as possible, it should never compromise our ability to give candidates a clear understanding of the company or of the role for which they are applying. I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medallia in Mar 2014
Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter who found me through university recruiting. After talking for about 20 minutes or so, I got an email the same day to set up a phone interview. The interview was about 40 minutes, and started out with your typical behavioral questions. The interviewer ended by asking about 3-4 brainteasers, which they lead you through if you get stuck. Overall, the people I talked to were nice and helped you through the interview.

Question 1
Practice your brainteasers, they are the typical ones you will find in practice books.
