Hours of 'getting familiar' with me. Cross-questioning from an additional hired recruitment company. Asking for my age. The company hired a local, Danish person instead of me. My feedback was: bad cultural fit. The company is looking for a fit into the company, not for addition or diversity.

Interview
Phone interview, then had to edit a document for them. It was a very laid back phone conversation. Not intimidating. They are a start up so the position duties were broad.
