3 rounds of interview - 1 gd 2 F-t-F interview 3 . F-t-F. 2nd round is easy they ask very basic questions on projects, certifications and derivatives. Gd there is 2 gd rounds and the selection is very fair and everyone get equal chances to put their point forward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mecklai Financial (New Delhi)
Interview
Got a call from the HR first who asked about my relevant work experience and education etc. Basically to know my communication skills. After that was put through to VP who asked more job oriented questions.
