I had three consecutive interviews with three people on the same. Each interviewer asked me one personal experience (PEI) question followed by one case interview. The PEI for McKinsey is unique because you are asked one question only and the interviewer drilled down on that question. You also know the areas the questions would come from as they are written on the website.
