Interview
Background review followed by question around one of their 3 competencies. Detailed probing around the example experience given. Followed by case study on the telecoms industry in a sub saharan country. Finished off with an arithmetic problem. Then repeated. First interview with associate, second interview with senior consultant.

Tell me about a time when you have shown leadership.
3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months
Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal
Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
