I applied for a job on craigslist and got a call about 2 months later for an interview. The interview consisted of three one on one meetings. Two of the one on ones were very difficult, asking complex questions about economics. One of the interviews was relatively easy, asking questions off my resume.

1. Recruiter screening with a dog barking on the other end. She asked about diversity & inclusion - should have been first clue about how "woke" they are 2. Excel test 3. 30 minute interview with hiring manager who needed a change of clothes For a company who paid more than $500 million in fines due to their role in the opioid crisis, my recommendation would not even bother with this "mediocre" at best company.
