It was in Chennai and I was contacted by a consultancy. The interview was neat and professional...they limited the number of ppl to be interviewed on a day so u don't end up in a crowd like other firms ...I had four rounds.. HR which was very basic the main reason is to check communication and they filtered​ candidates in it. The second round was aptitude, third was operational round..which was conducted by managers and the last one was just a formality of meeting a senior manager. They didn't tell the result on the same day ..they told us they will call and within a week I got offer..the consultancy played an impo role it was easy to contact them and clear ur doubts even after interview. They were helpful. For me it was in a day for few others it was two days ..some didn't had apps..it's depend upon the process u are getting so just be open and ready to face whatever comes on ur way. Aptitude - i was interviewed for finance section so mostly accounts some​ basic maths and English. It was little hard prepare the basic Operational- there was no technical questions they started with tell me about urself and started asking based on the answers i gave..it took 15 to 20 min for me...time differs for each person so don't give too much thought about it.. for this just be confident and true.

two 1:1 interview and they skill test after that one more 1:1 interview with Director
