Saw the position on LinkedIn and applied it through their website. Because the role is based in Beijing, but APAC HQ is in Singapore, so my two rounds were all by phone calls or video(also influenced by coronavirus, all the process was online).
After I applied for this role, got a call from HR asked some basic information. And another week has passed, got the second video/panel interview,
The interview was normal, but here I'd like to share some details that pissed me off. 1. They changed my second video interview 3 times, which was pretty rude and inconsiderate. 2. Because it's a video interview, so every body language and details were zoomed through my screen, and I realized sometime the director made contemptuous noises and faces a few times. Also, interrupted my sentences roughly in the end.
After all this, I think I won't follow up anymore, either get any further feedback from them, also felt their arrogance and rude. No wonder it's suffering from bad time and concidering merge with others.
