Shopping in the store one day and filled out application. Hired on the spot, should of asked more questions and asked for higher pay. Reviewed application with manager and discussed background

The hiring process was very simple. I walked in, spur of the moment, filled out a form, and was hired the next day. Perhaps I should have asked more questions, shown an interest in potential advancement, wage increases, etc, but at the time I didn't know how to do that. I would suggest that anyone interviewing with this company do that, as they might be less likely to be treated as expendable labor.
