The company seems to be looking for sharp-minded, loyal workers that will add positive value to the team atmosphere. During the holiday season they may hire additional workers. Interview
The hiring process was very simple. I walked in, spur of the moment, filled out a form, and was hired the next day. Perhaps I should have asked more questions, shown an interest in potential advancement, wage increases, etc, but at the time I didn't know how to do that. I would suggest that anyone interviewing with this company do that, as they might be less likely to be treated as expendable labor.
