Submit your resume + short pitch, then you do a short non-technical call with HR, and then they'll ask for a stock pitch on a chosen stock. After that, they'll completely ghost you because they don't have any intentions of taking people. They also needed multiple reminders about next steps, were completely unorganized, did not respond to emails, and are just overall not worth applying or interviewing for.

I have previously interviewed at Maytech and they always request a stock pitch and then ghosted. Everyone that I spoke to that had interviewed with Maytech shared similar experience. Maytech is phishing for free research provided by candidates for their own investment purposes. They post open jobs year round for this precise reason, while the team is like 3 people.
