The first round is the Hiring Manager would interview the candidate. After they determined that the candidate is technically competent, HR then arranged a panel interview with other senior managers which then resulted to a final interview with HR - though this likely just a formality.

Simple 2 level interview. Phone interview with one of their recruiters then a final interview with HR Director. Work is 100% on site but interviews can be done virtually if you want.
