Very simple they ask what is your shift availability can you work weekends do you have experience watering or in the bar. Lack of experience isn't an issue they will provide you with the basic training needed once you start
It was a very smooth and easy process. Rather informal but that is to be expected for a serving job. The hardest part of the interview was actually getting a callback. The interviewers were very kind.
