Matrix Sciences Lab Assistant interview questions

The overall interview process was uncoordinated due to a lack of communication between my recruiter and management. It was very obvious that the management was not prepared or competent to evaluate the ability of candidates for the position offered with the exception of one manager. The questions asked during the interview had no relevance to the position despite it being advertised as "an associate's degree in laboratory science or a related degree." The interview process is really a formality however, because this lab is constantly hurting for employees.
