Direct coworkers were nice and everyone got along. Nothing else

Cons

Management was garbage. The Supervisors are too young and naive to be in their positions. Job was extremely stressful and no one cares about your well being. MANDATORY OVERTIME every single night. Signing the non-compete prevents you from going anywhere else with your career for two years after employment.
