I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Matrix Absence Management in Dec 2018
Interview
It was simple. Many normal questions. There was nothing out of the ordinary. It was a generally pleasant experience. Interviewers were nice. There were two of them and no screening process.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Matrix Absence Management (Hawthorne, NY) in Jun 2019
Interview
Call from recruiter to go over brief background. Set up an appointment to go to office. Met with two women who seemed to be prepared for interview. After meeting with two women they brought in an additional two members of management. Was there for a few hours. After interview I was sent paperwork from HR (standard online app) and never heard another word from anyone at Matrix. Which after having a pretty successful interview and then follow up by HR I was a little disappointed since I went in prepared and have a pretty solid understanding of claims, FMLA, and their company. The least they can do is reach out and let people know they didn’t get the job. I even sent HR a thank you note. Crickets. I find companies that do this so inconsiderate of people and I think it speaks volumes in how they treat employees.

Question 1
What are your strengths and weaknesses? What did I know about the company? Why did I leave my other job?
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive a response from our Recruitment team. We do our best to follow up with everyone that is interviewed, whether we are passing or if we need more time to make a decision. Your time is valuable and we understand the anticipation this may cause. Although, it's been a couple months I personally followed up a second time with everyone that was interviewed in June to ensure that we extended our thanks. We appreciate your review.
