The interview process was thorough and well explained, The recruiter communicated well and kept me informed throughout the process. It involved three stages. The first was the initial recruitment screening, followed by an assessment and then a behaviours interview with a line manager

Interview
The interviewers throughout the process asked relevant questions and kept the communication flowing well. It was nice to feel like I was having a solid two way conversation. All of the interviewers came well prepared, which made the process a lot easier. I was provided with great feedback for each stage of the interview process. I didn't have to wait for long to find out how things went and receive feedback. Each employee that I met spoke highly of Matillion and highlighted positive things that the company has to offer. I got a sense that the interviewers really enjoyed being part of Matillions journey and that made me feel confident about my decision to apply for a role here. The technical assessment was relevant to my skills and I really enjoyed the challenge. Everybody who I have met has been polite, helpful, professional and have done a great job to represent the company.
