Informal, efficient, and really enjoyable process. A mix of behavioral questions and then some "show me how you'd explain this" with some comments and also the chance to talk about the job itself. The manager took the time to get to know me and it barely felt stressful.

Had on-phone screening, followed up by two actual math tests: one super basic arithmetic and the other with high school topics. They then calculate how well you did on both. These are written at the center.
