First you have a phone call, then you take a math test, then there is a formal, sit-down interview after you pass the math test. They got back to me pretty quickly throughout the whole process and were very kind and welcoming.

very easy interview, asked about experience and availability. The interview is also super quick and they try to know what level of math you know up to. Also need to take an employment test that has questions from elementary to beginning of high school. Need to pass this test in order to be employed.

Interview
You get asked behavioral questions, and then you will take a math test on topics from elementary to high school math. The test is not very hard and is mostly a review of classes you took before high school.
Submitted resume online and had an interview call with the owner of the place. Asked questions about why you want to work here and if you have prior tutoring or teaching experience. Then took a math test to see your aptitute and skills.
