I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Match
Interview
There was a phone interview and skill test , then in person with the manager. The interview process was long and the manager was very very busy so it took a long time . The manager looked at my resume for the first time and asked lot of questions on every single thing on the resume and took a lot of notes. I was exhausted and hungry by the time it was all done .

Question 1
Not a lot of technical questions, too many questions on a single point
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Match (Dallas, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Not too rigorous. Lots of .Net questions. The group asking the question seem to be EXTREMELY bright and talented. No dullards in this bunch. The office environment was very casual. I was in a suit being interviewed by guys in flip-flops and torn shorts.
