Masa Israel interview questions

Had a 30 minute phone interview with somebody at Masa and they helped me select a city. Then had a 30 minute Skype interview with somebody at the trip organizer of the city I chose (Ashdod). Every city has different organizers. Then I was emailed about a final decision.
