I recently interviewed for an accounting position at Martin and had the pleasure of meeting with Misty. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and genuinely respectful of my time. Misty was warm, professional, and clearly knowledgeable—not just about the role but also about the company’s culture and values. She asked thoughtful questions, gave great insight into the team and expectations, and made it feel more like a conversation than a formal interview. It’s clear Martin is intentional about who they bring on and values building a strong, supportive team. Overall, it was one of the most positive interview experiences I’ve had.
