Group interview. So weird. Owner is very opinionated in politics. Very pushy sales tactics. Not interested in being a sleazeball like the owner. You are in a no win situation if you work there.

Applied online and next day got an email asking for an interview. Didn’t tell me that it was actually a GROUP interview. Said their salary range was 50-70k but they really wanted the lowest cost hire.

Interview
Multiple people interviewed at the same time for both sales and operations positions in the same room. Varied questions asked of each participant. Not your standard interview. It was obvious that they were only looking for younger folks.
