I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Castle Donington, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Made to feel uncomfortable from the off. Shift Manager interviewing me was considerably younger and stoney faced throughout. HR rep with him was pleasant enough but, even though I answered everything well and was never stuck for words, it was pretty obvious the SM had made his mind up from the moment he saw me. Took about 2 weeks to get any feedback whatsoever too. Won't bother trying again there.

Interview
Interview process is really long like goes up to 3hours.
It’s a good way to do the interview with paper interview to the floor interview.
This is the way I think normally retail interview should go.
Only one disadvantage to this is you contribute your valuable time but sometime you don’t get the position.
But that’s not the only thing, you learn a lot.
