I applied online. I interviewed at Marks & Spencer (Manchester, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was great. Admin team contacted me directly after submitting details online. Interview happened via video call via Microsoft Teams. I had two people in interview me, and all happened in very friendly way. It was stress free and interviewers knew what they were looking for from the candidate. Questions were very specific.

Interview
Good process with feedback available if requested. The process was transparent and quick and HR allowed you some prep by giving an indication of questions in advance. Questions were sometimes worded in a way that were wordy and hard to understand what was required.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward. They invite you to a M&S location and then it is a pretty standard interview. There’s a couple question on your attitude and your response to certain situations. Then the rest of it is just how well you fit into the specific role and the skills it required.
