A short phone call of pre-screening followed by online interview. The questions were very behavioural, and tell-me-about-a-time based, so it is good to be prepared for those. They are also very connected to how well you can deal with patrons and lead projects. In addition I was expected to read a children’s story book, for a ‘story time’.
