Online coding challenge was easy questions if you manage time correctly. Go over each one and see how much time should be allocated. Video interviews were relatively easy. In the coding portion, the interviewers were completely un-interested. They must be doing a lot of interviews, interviewers in all rounds looked miserable. Values Alignment, spent a lot of time pushing me towards supporting DEI by pushing diversity questions down "that path" from questions on a sheet. I've had a few jobs where we sorted candidates, I can't help but wonder if/when they do their sorting. I had to give my pronouns multiple times in the interview process via forms and could not opt out of race/gender questions on initial application, which is never a good sign.
