3 rounds, all technical + cultural fit questions, mainly focusing on options knowledge. Made it all the way through all 3 rounds with feedback that I was technically very good and no negative feedback whatsoever. In the end not only me but all other candidates were also rejected. A few days later, they made a job posting on LinkedIn for a Junior Trader role with fresh/entry level experience instead. Looks like they ran out of budget halfway and decided to hire someone cheap with not much experience.
