The interview process was very slow. Specially after the first 2 technical interviews the HR stopped providing me with any updates. After I called them and mailed them for updates I got an update that I have cleared the interview process and have been selected by Manhattan Associates. Then they asked me for various personal documents which I provided them on time. But again they took more than a week to provide any update on the process or how much time it will take for further proceedings. It was only when I called them I got a reply from them and another HR interview was scheduled. In this interview the HR asked all the basic HR questions. After the interview I asked when can I expect the future salary discussion he just asked my expected salary and said the compensation team will contact you. After the interview I waited for another week for a response and I had to again call the HR for an update. The HR simply mailed me that my skills were not adequate for the profile and that they wont consider me for this position even when I cleared 2 technical rounds of interview.
