Management & Training Corp. interview questions

The interview itself was… okay, I guess, aside from a few unnecessary “gotcha” type questions. I also found it a bit concerning that the person interviewing me didn’t understand my degree when it is very common in this field to the point that I used to teach it. Most of all, though, I did not appreciate was having my time wasted, twice, and being ghosted, twice. I even followed up via email after my first experience being ghosted (my first experience was back in November), as this was for a different role under a different supervisor. Hilariously, and concerningly, the person who interviewed me the second time actually did not recall having been the second person sitting in on my first interview. Still ghosted after the second interview. Don’t bother wasting your time. Very unprofessional to deal with and just a discourteous employer that doesn’t respect applicants enough to even follow up with them.
