It was a friendly interview process where the interviewee asked questions about past professional experience and background. I've had enough experience working with children so I was able to express my interest and enthusiasm.

Tell me about your experiences working with children?
Chill one to one interview on experience with kids, scenario-based questions and interest in the position. Final part of interview is shadowing and doing a short activity with the kids.
