A brief phone introduction, followed by an in-person interview. I was made aware that it was a panel interview, but I was not informed of the length of time the interview would take, as I was not provided with an itinerary. It ended up being 3 different panels back to back to back that went over 3 hours. At the end of the interview, they stated they were not sure if they were even going to hire that quarter.
