Process was long with voice note, assessments, and an interview, then told me they wouldn't continue with application. They didn't explain just an automated email. I was upset that i had a lot of time taken just to be rejected without explanation.

The interviewer seemed nice and was really helpful. I thought I did well until received an email saying they won't be moving forward because of "communication issues". This is something I found weird considering I'm a native speaker. I think they just don't like Africans. They should do everyone a service by emphasizing that they don't hire outside the Philippines instead of wasting our time.
